City of Midland City Council will meet March 31.

GATHERING OF QUORUM
NOTICE is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the City of Midland, Texas, may assemble to Discuss the master plan for airport-owned land in Northeast Midland which will be held in the City Hall Basement Conference room, 300 N Loraine Street Midland, Texas 79701 and a vehicle tour around the City of Midland, at 1:00 p.m. on March 31st, 2026.
No action will be taken by the City Council, and any discussion of public business, if any, shall be incidental to the above-referenced function.
