Earth, Body, & Soul will host an aura photography event March 14 from noon to 6 p.m., offering community members the chance to view images intended to represent their personal energy fields.
The event will offer aura photography sessions, which capture an image intended to represent a person’s energy field and provide insight into the alignment of the body’s seven chakras. Organizers say the experience combines elements of spirituality and biofeedback technology.
“At Earth, Body, & Soul, we’ve always focused on helping people understand their energy and how it affects their life,” said Bridget, an organizer of the event. “Aura photography felt like a natural extension of that work. It gives people something they usually feel but can’t see — a visual snapshot of their energetic state. It sort of combines the spiritual and science together.”
According to Bridget, the response from the community has been overwhelmingly positive.
“The response from the community has been incredible,” she said. “People are fascinated by seeing their energy reflected back to them and how it connects to what they’ve been feeling emotionally and spiritually.”
During a session, participants place their hands on sensors that read subtle biofeedback signals from the body. The system then translates those signals into colors that appear around the person in the photograph.
“In simple terms, the system reads subtle biofeedback signals from the body through the hands and translates those signals into colors that represent emotional and energetic patterns around the person,” Bridget said. “We combine the image with a 7-chakra assessment to help people understand where their energy may be balanced, blocked, or asking for attention.”
One element that often surprises participants is how quickly their energy appears to change.
“Most people are surprised by how quickly their energy can change,” Bridget said. “Something as simple as taking a breath, shifting their mindset, or grounding themselves can alter the colors and patterns. It reminds people that they have more influence over their energy than they realize.”
Bridget said the experience is open to anyone interested in personal growth or self-awareness.
“Many people leave with a deeper understanding of what their mind and body have been trying to communicate,” she said. “Our goal is for guests to walk away feeling validated, empowered, and more connected to themselves.”
