The Ector County Coliseum has launched a redesigned website aimed at improving accessibility and user experience for the hundreds of thousands of visitors who attend events at the venue each year.

The new site, www.EctorCountyColiseum.com, features simplified navigation for event schedules, ticket sales, and visitor information. It includes a new A–Z Fan Guide and is optimized for use on all devices, from desktop computers to mobile phones.

“Updating the Ector County Coliseum website is more than just a design upgrade — it’s an investment in how we serve our community,” said Aaron Martin, director of the Ector County Coliseum. “This new site gives residents and visitors an easier way to stay connected to the events and opportunities happening right here in Ector County. It’s a tool that supports our guests and strengthens our partnerships with promoters, vendors, and local businesses. We’re proud to make this improvement on behalf of the county and the people who make this venue what it is.”

The site includes several new features designed to help guests plan their visit and connect with upcoming events. The Plan Your Visit section offers maps and hotel listings for out-of-town guests. The Events & Tickets page provides quick access to current and future events along with a direct link to the ETIX Box Office for ticket purchases.

For promoters and event organizers, the Venue Booking section includes contact information, an email inquiry form, and resource links to simplify the booking process. Visitors can also find expanded event descriptions and sign up for an email newsletter for regular updates and announcements.

Built in 1954, the Ector County Coliseum has been a fixture in Odessa and the greater Permian Basin for more than 70 years. The 42-acre complex at 4201 Andrews Highway includes an 8,000-seat arena and about 145,000 square feet of exhibit space.

The venue hosts a variety of community events each year, including rodeos, fairs, trade shows, concerts, and the world-renowned Permian Basin International Oil Show. In 2024, the coliseum added guest Wi-Fi throughout the arena to enhance the visitor experience.
