Midland College will once again offer its annual Kids’ College program in summer 2026, providing students ages 6–12 with hands-on learning opportunities in a college setting.
The program aims to give children access to interactive courses that foster creativity and introduce new skills. According to a news release, registration opens March 31, with classes designed to spark creativity and introduce children to new skills through a variety of interactive courses. The program will run over four weeks in June, with sessions scheduled June 1–4, June 8–11, June 15–18, and June 22–25. Classes will take place on campus Monday through Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m., allowing students to enroll in two courses each week and explore multiple interests throughout the summer.according to a news release.
The news release noted that this year’s offerings include a mix of arts, science, technology, and recreational activities, such as Mini Makers, Bugs of West Texas, Gardening, Music Explorers, and Interior Design.
