The Midland Chamber of Commerce Leadership Center is seeking participants for its Class of 2027 Leadership Midland and Class of 2027 Learn, Engage, Achieve, Develop (L.E.A.D.) programs.
The chamber said the programs are intended to equip current and emerging leaders with knowledge, connections, and experiences needed to make an impact in the community. The initiative aims to foster leadership skills and community involvement among professionals in the region.
“Through hands-on learning, community engagement, and direct access to local decision-makers, participants gain a deeper understanding of the issues shaping our region’s future. Whether you’re looking to grow your leadership skills, expand your network, or get more involved in the community, these programs are a great next step,” the chamber said according to an April 1 Facebook post.
Leadership Midland is designed for established professionals seeking a deeper dive into the city’s economic drivers, infrastructure and community priorities. The L.E.A.D. program focuses on emerging leaders, teaching foundational leadership skills and community awareness according to the chamber.
Applications for both programs are being accepted through May 1. More information is available on the chamber’s website according to the chamber.
