The City of Midland reported on March 16 that it has handled 1,405 resident requests through its SeeClickFix platform during the first two months of 2026.
SeeClickFix allows residents to submit routine service requests and report issues directly to city staff. The most common concerns in February included potholes, parking violations on public streets or alleys, large item trash pickup, solid waste issues, and vehicle violations on private property. City staff responded to the top ten types of requests in less than one day on average (0.84 days) and closed tickets within an average of 3.64 days for February.
Requests were distributed across council districts, with District 3 (central Midland) recording the highest number of closed tickets at 152, followed closely by District 1 (north Midland) with 151. Districts 4 (west Midland) and 2 (south and east Midland) had 149 and 93 closed tickets respectively. An additional 136 requests did not specify a district. By the end of the week following this report, the city expects to have responded to more than 14,500 requests since SeeClickFix was launched in mid-2024.
