Earth, Body, & Soul will host a hands-on event Saturday, Oct. 19, inviting the public to create intention-based dream sachets in alignment with the new moon. The Moon Phase Dream Sachets – Make & Take event runs from noon to 4 p.m. and encourages participants to explore the lunar cycle through creative expression.
Owner Bridget said the event was created to encourage people to slow down and reconnect with nature and themselves.
“We wanted to help others reconnect with the cycles of the Moon and their own intuitive energy,” she said. “At Earth, Body, & Soul, we believe spirituality is meant to be experienced—through the senses, through creation, and through connection.”
Each participant will make a small sachet filled with calming and spiritually charged ingredients, including lavender, hops, and moonstone chips. Lavender encourages rest, hops grounds the spirit, and moonstone enhances intuition and emotional healing.
Together, Bridget said, the blend helps “support not just physical rest, but spiritual alignment—allowing the dream space to become a realm of healing, guidance, and insight.”
The event coincides with the new moon, which marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle and symbolizes fresh beginnings. Bridget described it as “a blank canvas where we can plant seeds for what we wish to grow in the coming weeks.”
“It’s the perfect time for dreamwork and setting heartfelt intentions because our subconscious is more open, intuitive insights flow more easily, and the veil between thought and manifestation feels thin,” she said.
Each sachet costs $12, and no RSVP is required. The make-and-take format allows visitors to stop by anytime during event hours.
Bridget hopes participants leave with more than just a handmade sachet.
“My wish is for each person to feel that sense of calm, empowerment, and magic that comes from realizing—you are the dreamer and the dream maker,” she said.
The event will be held at Earth, Body, & Soul, 21 Village Circle in Midland.
