The Midland RockHounds announced their coaching staff for the 2026 season.
The announcement comes as the team prepares for its 54th season and aims to defend its Texas League South first-half and divisional series championships. The RockHounds are a Double-A Minor League Baseball affiliate of the Athletics organization. According to a Facebook post, the collective transaction was made public on Thursday.
Manager Gregorio Petit will return to Momentum Bank Ballpark for a third consecutive season in 2026. Petit seeks to continue the momentum Midland achieved on back-to-back Texas League Championship Series appearances.
