MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland RockHounds will open the 2026 season at home April 2, marking the franchise’s 54th season, the club announced.
The April 2 opener will include a schedule magnet presented by Bill Williams Tire Center and a schedule T-shirt presented by Baker Hughes.
The club will introduce new promotions for 2026, including pregame live music on Friday nights, monthly special events such as Banana Ball from July 2-4, and Rocky’s Kids Club presented by Rudy’s BBQ for children 12 and under. Kids Club members will receive giveaways and access to select Sunday activities.
New theme nights include Y2K Night on April 4, Mardi Gras Weekend on April 17-18, Oilfield Appreciation Weekend on June 12-13, World Soccer Weekend on June 26-2,7 and AugtoberFest on Aug. 28-29.
Returning theme nights include Hawaiian Weekend on May 15-16, Military Appreciation Weekend on May 29-30, Christmas in July on July 10-11, Throwback Weekend on July 31-Aug. 1 and First Responders Weekend on Sept. 11-12.
Two Thursday promotions are scheduled during the season. On April 30, the first 500 fans will receive a boot mug that provides drink discounts on Tuesday games. On July 30, tickets will be priced at 1998 rates as part of Throwback Thursday.
Bark in the Park will return April 15 and April 29.
Daily promotions will continue throughout the season. The lineup includes 2-for-Tuesdays with buy-one, get-one tickets; Weenies and White Claw Wednesdays featuring discounted hot dogs and White Claw beverages; Thirsty Thursday with discounted beverages; Friday giveaways with pregame live music; Saturday postgame fireworks; and Family Sunday with ticket discounts, ice cream at the gate, and postgame base running for children.
Brunch at the Ballpark presented by Aggreko is scheduled for April 19, May 17, June 14, July 12, Aug. ,9 and Sept. 13. The ticket package includes a game ticket, brunch, and mimosas.
Single-game tickets go on sale Feb. 23. Flex plans, season tickets, and group outings are available through the club office at 432-520-2255, according to the team.
