West Texas FC announced its first signing of the 2026 campaign and its first as a member of USL League Two on Monday.
According to a Facebook post, Justin Madejski has rejoined West Texas FC (WTXFC) for the upcoming season. Madejski, originally from Stuttgart, Germany, is listed as a defender. “We are so excited to welcome him back to West Texas FC,” the post said.
In his first year with WTXFC last year, Madejski started in 11 out of 12 matches. He played a crucial role in the defense that helped the club secure the 2025 Lone Star Conference regular-season title. WTXFC head coach Scotty Murray described Madejski as an invaluable asset to the team’s defense. “Justin was a rock in our backline,” Murray said. “He’s one of the most talented defenders I’ve worked with and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together again in 2026.”
Madejski is currently on loan from Milligan University in Tennessee, where he is pursuing a major in sports management. In 2025, he accumulated 1,833 minutes for the Buffs, leading the Appalachian Athletic Conference.
