The Studio by Kidd’s & Canvas announced the start of its summer art camp in Midland, according to a post on Instagram.
The camp is offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays each week at 3211 West Wadley Ave. Families may choose between four- or five-day camp options.
Each week will feature a separate themed curriculum, according to the registration page. Themes scheduled include “Mad Science Slime,” “Survivor Week,” “Anime & Cartoon Studio,” “Art in the Wild,” “Mythical Mash Up,” “Glow & Neon,” “Old Art, New Vibes,” “Shark Week,” “Gamer Art Week,” “K-Pop,” “Creature Feature: 3-D Art,” “Glamping Week,” “Fairytale Art Venture,” and “Aliens & Astronauts.”
Registration is open to children ages 4 to 14. Children younger than 4 require approval from camp management before registering. Children attending must be independently restroom trained.
According to the Instagram post, space is limited and online registration is encouraged. Walk-in registration may be permitted if openings remain, though additional same-day fees may apply. This year, the. camp is also offering a limited VIP early drop-off option that allows earlier check-in access beginning at 9:45 a.m. before standard drop-off times.
Families may provide lunches for campers or purchase lunch service for an additional daily fee. Menu information will be released at a later date.
